Overview

This is a summer school targeted primarily at PhD students (and also open to others such as Masters and post-docs), covering the foundations of mathematical tools and techniques in modern data science. The first 5 days (Week 1) will consist of tutorial-style introductions to selected topics in this domain, and the final 3 days (Week 2) will focus on shorter talks covering recent and ongoing research. This school is the third in the series following Darwin 2024 and Switzerland (Bernoulli Center) 2025.
